“Quickset” tilting level made by Hall Bros, Croydon

“Quickset” tilting level made by Hall Bros, Croydon. Black lacquered brass and brown leather case. The main bubble tube is fitted on the side of the telescope and is fitted with a hinged mirror so that the reflection can be seen from the level of the eyepiece. There is a small circular bubble. The instrument was retailed by Lawes Rabjohns Ltd, Westminster.
