Description
Fowler’s Universal Calculator in a fitted leather pouch. This circular slide rule is 3.4 in in diameter.
It has two controls: one rotates the scales under a fixed red harline. The other rotates a transparent disc with a black hairline. This enables the user to set an angular separation of the two hairlies to represent a given multiplication (or division) factor which can be used to multiply or divide any number by that factor.
