Medal to commemorate the opening of Dunkeld Bridge in 1808. Bronze.

Obverse: view of Dunkeld Bridge with legend ‘BRIDGE OF / DUNKELD’ above view and legend below view on three lines: ‘LENGTH 685 FT BREADTH / 27 AND CENTRE / ARCH IS 90 FEET’.

Reverse: legend on eight lines:  ‘BUILT / BY THE MOST NOBLE / IOHN DUKE OF ATHOLL / EXPENCE ABOVE L30.000 / FOUNDED 24TH JUNE 1805 / AND OPEN’D THE / 7TH NOVR. / 1808.’.
