Description

Promotional material in plastic folder with a tartan pattern cover presented by Sir Robert McAlpine & Sons Ltd to guests invited on a railway journey between Edinburgh and Mallaig on on 30 October 1997 to celebrate the Glenfinnan Viaduct Centenary 1897-1997.

Inside the folder are:

• a plan showing the route of the journey a menu card

The train departed Edinburgh Waverley Station at 06.30 arriving Mallaig at 14.55; departing Mallaig at 15.06 arriving Edinburgh Waverley at 21.56. Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner were served.
