Whirling (or sling) hygrometer in wooden frame and handle manufactured by GH Zeal Ltd, London with plastic covered hygrometric tables in Fahrenheit. Mercury thermometers range 20-150° F. Brown fitted leather case with strap.
It is understood that they are still used exclusively in South African diamond mines and similar, as modern digital equivalents are not safe in those conditions.
