Bronze medal inscribed with the text “THE ARROL MEDAL”. There are two medals, one with a lilac silk ribbon and bar (2013/017) and one on its own (2013/017.1). The medal depicts a workman holding a hammer in his right hand with factory behind. The workman has his left elbow resting on a shield bearing an image of the Forth Bridge.
